At Axiom, we build products we’re proud to stand behind — and we back them accordingly. Every Axiom product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the period below.

“Lifetime” refers to the reasonable service life of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser. All terms run from the original date of purchase and apply to the original purchaser.
Axiom warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and proper maintenance, for the applicable warranty period. If a product is found to be defective within that period, Axiom will, at its option, repair or replace the product. Repair or replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.
If you bought from a retailer: return the product to your original place of purchase, with proof of purchase, and they will assist you.
If you are a retailer or dealer: contact Keyport Lock Corporation, Axiom’s exclusive distributor, to process a warranty claim.
Proof of purchase (a dated receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
